1. Who may use Herbwise
Herbwise is for adults 21 years of age or older only. By using this site you confirm that you are at least 21 and that cannabis is legal where you live. If you are not 21, do not use this site.
2. What Herbwise is
Herbwise is a price-comparison tool operated by Herbwise LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. We collect menu and pricing information published by licensed dispensaries and show it side by side so you can compare. Herbwise does not sell, deliver, or facilitate the sale of cannabis, and we are not a dispensary.
3. Prices and availability
Prices, deals, and stock levels come from each dispensary's own menu and can change at any time without notice. We do our best to keep information current, but we do not guarantee it is accurate or complete. Always confirm the price and availability with the dispensary before you buy.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for following the cannabis laws that apply to you, including purchase limits and where consumption is allowed. Never drive under the influence.
5. Dispensary accounts
Dispensaries may submit menu API keys so their listings stay accurate. Keys are stored encrypted and are never shown publicly. We may approve, suspend, or remove a dispensary's connection at our discretion.
6. No medical advice
Nothing on Herbwise is medical advice. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional about whether cannabis is appropriate for you.
7. Liability
Herbwise is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on listed prices.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
