1. What we collect

Shoppers: the zip code you search, your product searches, and any feedback you send us. Your zip code is saved on your own device so the site remembers it; it is not tied to an account.

Dispensary owners: your name, email address, shop details, and menu API keys you choose to submit. API keys are stored encrypted and are never displayed publicly — only the last four characters are ever shown back to you.

2. How we use it

We use this information to show you nearby dispensaries and prices, to keep menu data accurate, to review dispensary connection requests, and to improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. What we share

We do not share shopper activity with dispensaries in any way that identifies you. Dispensary contact details you submit are used only to manage your account and are not published.

4. Sign-in

If you sign in with email or Google, we receive your email address and basic profile information from the sign-in provider. We use it only to run your account.

5. Data retention and deletion

We keep account and connection data while your account is active. You can remove a dispensary connection at any time from your dashboard, which deletes the stored API key. To delete your account entirely, contact us using the feedback link on the site.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, and dispensary API keys are additionally encrypted before storage. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will note the date of the latest version above.
